How it works

From first lead to closed deal, in one platform

A walkthrough of how a requirement moves through BrokerCircle — capture, match, visit, network, close, and invoice.

1

Capture leads

Bring leads in as they come, assign them to the right person on your team, and log every follow-up call or message. Import existing leads and requirements from CSV, with duplicate detection so the same contact does not end up in twice.

See lead and pipeline management →

2

Match to inventory

Every requirement is scored against your property and project inventory with a rule-based engine that weighs location, budget, and configuration. You see why a property matched, ranked from strongest to weakest, not a single unexplained recommendation.

See how matching works →

3

Track site visits

Schedule site visits against the requirement and keep the visit history attached to the deal, so anyone on the team can see what has already been shown before suggesting the next property.

4

Tap the Broker Network

When nothing in your own inventory is a strong fit, qualifying requirements and properties are automatically matched against other brokerages on BrokerCircle. You see a limited match first; contact details are only shared once both sides express interest and connect.

See the Broker Network →

5

Close the deal and invoice

Move the requirement through your pipeline to closed, with brokerage tracking and invoicing built in, so the commercial side of the deal is recorded in the same place as the rest of the history.

6

Manage your team

Role-based access controls who on your team can see or edit leads, properties, deals, and billing, so ownership stays clear as the team grows.
