About
Built for how brokerages actually work
BrokerCircle exists because leads, inventory, and brokerage tracking usually live in different places — a phone, a spreadsheet, a handful of chat threads — and that makes a brokerage harder to run than it needs to be.
The problem
Most brokerages we've looked at run on a mix of tools that were never designed to work together: leads arrive by call, WhatsApp, portal, or walk-in and get written down wherever is convenient; matching a requirement to the right property is done by memory or by scrolling through a spreadsheet; and once a deal closes, tracking what brokerage is owed — and whether it's been invoiced or received — is another manual step nobody enjoys. On top of that, brokers who want to work with trusted partners on a deal usually have no structured way to share a requirement or a listing without just texting a screenshot.
What BrokerCircle does
BrokerCircle brings leads, property and project inventory, matching, site visits, deals, and brokerage tracking into one platform, so a requirement can move from first contact to a closed deal without getting lost between tools.
Who it's for
BrokerCircle is built for real estate brokerages and developer sales teams — from a single broker juggling their own pipeline to a team with multiple agents, role-based access, and inventory shared across everyone working a project.
Our approach
Matching and collaboration should be transparent, not a black box. When BrokerCircle suggests a property for a requirement, it shows the reasoning — location, budget, configuration, and possession timeline — rather than a score with no explanation. The same principle carries over to the broker network: matches happen automatically, but what gets shared, and when, stays visible and in your control, not hidden behind an algorithm you can't inspect.
