How cross-brokerage matching works
Every brokerage's data belongs to that brokerage by default. The Broker Network works automatically: your qualifying requirements and properties are matched against those of other participating brokerages, the same way BrokerCircle already matches requirements against your own inventory — and matches only ever show non-identifying summary information until both sides express interest. That surfaces demand and supply neither side would have seen from their own data alone — a requirement your buyer has that only another brokerage's listing satisfies, or a property in your inventory that fits another brokerage's client.
Privacy stays yours until you both say yes
A network match shows non-identifying summary information up front — city, property type, configuration, and budget band — so both sides can judge relevance before committing to anything. Contact details are never exposed automatically. They're revealed only once both brokerages express interest in a specific match: a mutual opt-in, not a one-sided reveal. Exact addresses and direct contact details stay private until that point, and your underlying client's own contact information is never shared across brokerages through the network at all — what's exchanged, once both sides agree, is a way for the two brokerages to talk to each other.
A higher bar for network matches
Matches sourced from outside your own team's data are held to a stricter standard than matches within your own inventory, with basic freshness checks applied as well — so what reaches you from the network is worth your time, not noise from a stale or borderline fit.
